SEMINĀRS: Linda Hoeben par “Kultūru saskarsmi”

Kultūru saskarsmes pasniedzēja un psihoanalītiķe Linda Hoeben sadarbībā ar Latviešu biedrību Beļģijā laipni aicina Jūs uz praktisku semināru par kultūru saskarsmi (‘intercultural communication’).

Seminārs notiks angļu valodā, ar ieceri rosināt aktīvu, radošu diskusiju. Katram dalībniekam būs iespēja dalīties pieredzē un uzdot jautājumus ekspertei, tādējādi gūstot labāku izpratni par savas komunikācijas stiprām un vājām pusēm un attīstot praktiskas iemaņas, kas noderēs, saskaroties ar dažādām kultūrām. Saņemsit arī padomus, kā uzlabot savu personīgo komunikācijas stratēģiju.

Linda Hoeben ir sertificēta beļģu psihoanalītiķe, instruktore, pasniedzēja un eksperte transakcionālās analīzes jomā. Specializējas organizācijas psiholoģijas, komunikācijas un konfliktu pārvaldīšanas jomā. Viņa vada arī privātpraksi ‘for people on the move’, palīdzot cilvēkiem, kuri izvēlējušies pārcelties uz dzīvi citā valstī un atšķirīgā kultūrā, labāk izprast sevi, savu un citu uzvedības izpausmes daudzkultūru vidē.

No 2011. līdz 2015. gadam Linda Hoeben dzīvoja Rīgā kopā ar vīru, toreizējo Beļgijas vēstnieku Latvijā Frank Arnauts.

Do you feel sometimes frustrated in today’s intercultural reality and find it difficult to communicate in a constructive way with people from a different cultural background?

Are you looking, in these times of social change, turmoil and polarization, for a respectful way to support intercultural communication? Then come to the workshop ‘Intercultural Communication’! This workshop will be run in English by Linda Hoeben, intercultural coach and psychotherapist.

After this workshop, you’ll understand your own strengths and weaknesses better in your intercultural communications. You’ll receive new strategies that will help you communicate more effectively.  You’ll exchange experiences and ask each other questions. After this workshop, you will find it easier to enter into communication with someone from a different cultural background.

Linda Hoeben is a psychotherapist and a coach in intercultural communication from Belgium. She runs her private practice ‘for people on the move’ where she is coaching expats and helping them with the challenges which are specific to the expat-life.

She lived in Riga from 2011 till 2015 when she accompanied her husband, Frank Arnauts, who served as a Belgian Ambassador during that time.
